Siedlisko Nawiady is a complex of boutique guesthouses located in Nawiady, in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, on the picturesque Nawiady Lake . Guests have at their disposal over 20 hectares of fenced area, a garden with places to relax, private lake shoreline with three intimate wooden decks,  a playground for children, a barbecue and a bonfire area, a stable with 8 horse stalls  and facilities for sports and recreation.

All the rooms, in three different houses,  offer beautiful views of the lake, hills and meadows, an orchard with apple and plum trees or a forest.

We can accommodate  25-30 adult guest plus children in apartments or intimate rooms. Each of the apartments and rooms has a separate bathroom and is equipped with a TV and a kettle. The apartments  also have a fully equipped cooking area, a mini bar and a safe.

You are welcome to bring your own dog or cat but only to ground-floor rooms in the Mały Domek/Little House and to the apartments. Please arrange this in advance, as we make sure that it does not interfere with the other guests’ peace

The area is ideal for lovers of walking running, bike rides, horseback riding, and cross-country skiing in the winter season. The perfect places to relax are the garden with hammocks and barbecue areas, and the spacious seating area, the so-called Knajpa where breakfast and other meals are served. In case of bad weather, you can sit by the fireplace, listen to music, read books from our mini-library, watch a movie, or simply swing in a hammock looking at horses or birds in the pastures.

Siedlisko Nawiady is a certified ecological agritourism farm. We take care of the environment by recycling waste, we obtain energy from solar panels and geothermal generators, we drill and filter underground water to improve its smell and taste. We cultivate a vegetable garden and most of meals are prepared with  our vegetables and fruit. We have a romantic orchard with apple and plum trees, we breed happy green-legged hens and fish in a fish pond.

Siedlisko is a perfect place for horse riding enthusiasts. We have a large stable with eight spcious horse stalls. You are welcome to come with your own horse, we offer rich pastures, 2 riding yards and an indoor arena, and the area is perfect for horse rides and rallies. Our experienced instructors will gladly and safely introduce you and your children to the secrets of horse riding.

We have prepared a modern, safe playground for children. Siedlisko has many educational values, children can see horses and ponies in stables, watch birds, feed green-legged hens and take them to the henhouse, learn about ecological methods of obtaining energy and growing plants.

We invite you to organize mini-conferences, small business meetings, trainings and various types of yoga or  psychological workshops and the like. Our Knajpa can easily be transformed into a conference room - there is a modern overhead projector and screen and a sufficient number of tables and chairs. There is a possibility of online work since we have a stable radio internet connection.
